All parents take turns teaching classes based on their own or the students’ interests. Classes may run for one semester or the entire school year. Class offerings may vary greatly from semester to semester and are not intended to take the place of regular at-home education. All classes are supplemental and enriching, not a core curriculum.
-We meet at Grace United Church of Christ in Uniontown, Ohio. 13275 Cleveland Ave. NW Uniontown, OH 44685
-We meet Thursdays from 9:45am-3:00pm, Sept-April. Classes run from 10:00am-10:55am, 11:00am-11:55am, lunch, 1:00pm-1:55pm, 2:00pm-2:55pm.
-We have 4 class periods and an 1 hour lunch, with time for set up and clean up on either end.
-Occcasional Thursdays, we do not meet for regular classes. Instead, we schedule volunteer opportunities, field trips, and playdates.
-We meet around 20 weeks per year, with the spring semester being longer.
-Classes may be broken into different age groups from year to year as the co-op size changes, as seen fit by the Scheduling Coordinators.
-Deadline to register for Fall 2025 is July 13, 2025. After this, registration may be considered only if there are openings in the already-chosen class arrangements.
-Cost is $75 per child. This is non-refundable except where the board may choose to make an exception. You may sign up for classes once payment has been received and the paperwork completed. If financial assistance is needed, please contact the Treasurer to discuss options.
-Collage is run by a seven-member board.
