Collage Cooperative is hosting a Spring Formal Dance

What? A middle/high school dance. Join us for an evening of music, dancing, and food, and experience one of the pleasures of high school that homeschoolers sometimes miss out on.
When? March 28, 7-10 pm.
Who? Homeschooled teens ages 12+. Homeschooled teens are most welcome to bring a non-homeschooled friend or date.
Where? Grace United Church of Christ, 13275 Cleveland Ave NW, Uniontown, OH 44685; south side of the church (we’ll have a decorated door and/or someone welcoming everyone).
Cost? $10 per guest
Dress Code? Dressy attire
How To Register: Registration is comprised of three steps. Only when ALL three steps are completed will your registration be considered complete, and your spot is reserved.
1. Registration form open soon!
2. Paypal (via family and friends to avoid incurring extra fees) $10 per ticket to briannagraber@collagecooperative.org with a note about whose registration it’s for.
3. Read and sign this waiver and mail (email briannagraber@collagecooperative.org to obtain address), scan and email, or give in person to Brianna Graber. If you are part of Collage Cooperative and have already signed this for the co-op year, you’re good to go.
Note: anyone who arrives inebriated or high will not be permitted entrance to the church and will not be reimbursed.
